All options of NetSure provide complete hardware maintenance and support solutions with advanced hardware replacement, 24x7 technical support by Cisco-certified network technicians, and access to the NetSure Portal. Backed by our global Network Operations Centers (NOCs), Spirent® test centers, and global logistics capabilities, NetSure allows you to protect your entire network leaving nothing to chance.
NetSure NBD
NetSure NBD provides complete hardware maintenance and support with next-business-day advanced hardware replacement, 24x7 technical support, and access to the NetSure Portal. Due to customs & other logistics considerations, hardware located in some countries will take longer than next business day.
NetSure 4HR
NetSure 4HR provides even faster advanced hardware replacement for your critical network equipment. NetSure 4HR provides 4 hour advanced hardware replacement, 24x7 technical support, and access to the NetSure Portal. NetSure 4HR is available in select locations which we are continually expanding. Please contact your NHR Sales Representatives to get a current list of NetSure 4HR locations.
NetSure Spare
NetSure Spare provides the fastest replacement possible by providing an onsite spare. This model provides quicker response time than the standard 2 and 4 hour options provided by other maintenance providers. The spare unit is available fully tested and ready to go at your facility with the NetSure support team standing by to provide technical support if needed.
NetSure Best Effort
NetSure Best Effort offers a streamlined solution for self-sparing networks with flexible advanced hardware replacement needs. NetSure Best Effort offers best effort advanced hardware replacement (typically 3-7 days), 24x7 technical support, and access to the NetSure Portal.
